Role Overview

We are looking for an OT Security Specialist to support ongoing cybersecurity improvement programs at a leading manufacturing facility. The role will involve implementing and maintaining OT cybersecurity controls, working closely with IT, operations, and maintenance teams to enhance system resilience and ensure compliance with established standards.

This is a one year requirement, based full time at the client site.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain OT security measures such as system hardening, access control, and antivirus management.
Conduct regular reviews of OT systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA servers, and network devices.
Support network segmentation, firewall policy reviews, and secure remote access configurations.
Maintain updated OT asset inventories and assist in vulnerability tracking.
Coordinate with IT and operations to align security practices with production requirements.
Support awareness and training initiatives for plant personnel on OT cyber hygiene.
Provide weekly updates and contribute to monthly progress reports.

Required Skills and Experience

2 to 5 years of experience in OT/ICS/SCADA environments, preferably in manufacturing or utilities.
Familiarity with IEC 62443 or similar industrial cybersecurity frameworks.
Hands-on knowledge of industrial control systems (PLC, DCS, HMI) and basic networking (switches, VLANs, firewalls).
Experience with system hardening and access management on Windows/Linux OT systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to be based full-time at the client site (India).
